If you receive a defective or incorrect product, call BuyEngelCoolers.com toll free at 866-598-4185.  Notification of returns due to an error on our part in filling your order must be made within 7 days.  Returns must be made within 7 days, unused and in the original packaging (no exceptions).

Note:  If you order an incorrect catalog number or size, a return approval may l be at the discretion of management, and a 15% restocking charge may be assessed.  This is due to the cost of labor to re-package the item and a new carton or packaging.  Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer, unless BuyEngelCoolers.com is responsible for the error, or if a newly-shipped item is determined to be defective or a product has been shipped in error, size, color, etc.

All backorders will be filled as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that is damaged it must be sent back to the manufacturer.   If the item is used and you determine that the item is defective and it is within the warranty period, it must be returned to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer solely reserves the right and has the final determination if the product will be repaired or replaced.  If damage to the product is caused by the customer, the warranty will be considered "Void" and the cooler will not be repaired or replaced at the expense of BuyEngelCoolers.com or the manufacturer.

If you deem a product damaged in shipment, call 866-598-4185 immediately.  The shipping company (UPS, FedEX, etc.,)  may want to inspect the damage at your location. Do not discard any packaging and keep the product in the original packaging.  We will require photos of the damage emailed to support@BuyEngelCoolers.com so we can make further arrangements to get another item to you. 

NOTE: The free shipping and the flat rate shipping charges are discounted courtesy rates for our customers that do not reflect the actual shipping charges we pay. While we normally ship via UPS, at our discretion, we may ship some packages via US Postal Service, or other carrier.
