Engel USA Products - Limited Warranty

All Engel USA products manufactured by Engel USA are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner only. This warranty is void if the item is used commercially, structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight is not covered under the warranty. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, repairs by unauthorized persons, lightning strikes, power surges, water damage, dragging the item or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions are not covered. Power cords and fuses are not covered under the warranty. 

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product. Under no circumstance will Engel USA be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail. Engel USA will not be held liable for the contents of any cooler, cooler/dry box or fridge/freezer should it fail to operate as advertised. 

If the warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the item or any part or component that is deemed defective. 

Engel USA reserves the right to change product models and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Engel USA products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
